Customer responsible for traffic law compliance.
Rash driving, drunk driving, overspeeding = penalties + termination.
Free km as per plan, extra at ₹25/km.
Fuel is the customer’s responsibility.
Pickup/drop at hubs or customer address (₹25/km extra).
Late return = overtime charges.
Customer responsible until return.
Accident/theft/damage: customer pays charges not covered by insurance.
Prohibited: No smoking, hazardous goods, or pets unless approved.
Cancellation before pickup: charges apply.
No refund for early return.
Refunds processed in 7–10 days.
Consent to e-KYC verification under IT Act, 2000.
Fake documents = cancellation + legal action.
ChaloCar may cancel/refuse booking anytime.
