Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

• 24 hrs before booking: Full refund (₹200 fee deducted)

• Within 24 hrs: 50% refund

• After handover: No refund

2. Cancellation by ChaloCar

• If ChaloCar cancels: 100% refund

• Refund processed in 7–10 days

3. No-Show

• Customer no-show = no refund

4. Early Return

• No partial refund for early return

5. Refund Mode

• Refunds only to original payment source

• No cash refunds
