1. Cancellation by Customer
– 24 hrs before booking: Full refund (■200 fee deducted)
– Within 24 hrs: 50% refund
– After handover: No refund

– If ChaloCar cancels: 100% refund
– Refund processed in 7–10 days

– Customer no-show = no refund

– No partial refund for early return

– Refunds only to original payment source
– No cash refunds

– Secure servers + encryption
– Payment by PCI-DSS compliant gateways
– No sale/rent of data

– Govt. authorities (legal compliance)

– Customer may request correction/deletion (subject to law)

– Access, correct, delete data (where legally allowed)

Terms & Conditions

– Minimum age: 21 years
– Valid Indian Driving License with 1 year of driving experience required.
– Mandatory KYC: Aadhaar, PAN, Address Proof.
– Foreign nationals: International Driving Permit + Passport.

– Booking confirmed only after advance payment.
– Rates based on hourly, daily, or monthly plans.
– Right to cancel in case of invalid docs or incomplete payment.

– Cars strictly for personal use (Motor Vehicles Act, 1988).
– Customer responsible for traffic law compliance.
– Rash driving, drunk driving, overspeeding = penalties + termination.

– Free km as per plan, extra @ ■25/km.
– Fuel customer’s responsibility.

– Pickup/drop at hubs or customer address (■25/km extra).
– Late return = overtime charges.

– Customer responsible until return.
– Accident/theft/damage: customer pays charges not covered by insurance.
– No smoking, hazardous goods, or pets unless approved.

– Cancellation before pickup: charges apply.
– No refund for early return.
– Refunds processed in 7–10 days.

– Consent to e-KYC verification under IT Act, 2000.
– Fake documents = cancellation + legal action.

– ChaloCar may cancel/refuse booking anytime.
– Terms may update without notice.

– Governed by Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
– Mumbai courts jurisdiction only.
– Force Majeure applies.
