Fuel policy
The vehicle is handed over with the fuel level noted at pickup. Please return it with the same level; otherwise refuelling charges apply.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 25% of the rental amount. No-shows are non-refundable. The security deposit is always refunded in full.
Kilometre limit
Every booking includes 7 km per hour (168 km per day). Additional kilometres are billed at ₹10 per km at the time of return.
Security deposit
A refundable deposit of ₹2,000 is collected with the booking and returned within 7 working days after the trip, minus damages, challans or dues.
Documents required
Valid Indian driving licence (front & back) and Aadhaar (front & back). The driver must be at least 18 and hold the licence for a year.
Delivery & pickup
Doorstep delivery and pickup anywhere in Mumbai is included in every booking at a flat ₹499.
Before you drive
Rental rules
- 1Minimum booking duration is 2 hours. Late returns are billed at the hourly rate.
- 2Driver must be 18+ with a valid Indian licence held for at least 1 year.
- 3A refundable security deposit of ₹2,000 is collected at booking.
- 4Free kilometres accrue at 7 km per booked hour; extra km at ₹10/km.
- 5Smoking, alcohol and any illegal use inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- 6Sub-renting, racing, off-roading and commercial use (taxi/ride-hailing) are not permitted.
- 7Traffic challans, tolls, parking and interstate taxes are borne by the customer.
- 8Interstate travel is allowed with prior intimation; the vehicle must be returned to Mumbai.
